When you contact us or request an appointment through this site, we collect the information you provide — typically your name, phone number, and email address, and anything you include in your message. We use it to respond to you, to schedule and confirm appointments (including by email or text message when you provide those contact methods), and to keep a record of our communication with you. If you have opted in to receive news and special offers from us, we also use your email address to send them; you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in each message.
Information collected automatically. This website does not use advertising, analytics, or social media tracking technologies. We do not use tracking pixels, and we do not target advertising based on your activity on this site or elsewhere. Like nearly all websites, our web server keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and troubleshooting, and the site may set strictly functional cookies needed for it to operate. We do not use cookies to profile or advertise to you.
Service providers. Children. This website is intended for general audiences, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 online. Appointment requests for minors should be made by a parent or guardian.
